Step 1:  Empty floor plan acquisition or field measurements

The ideal way to accomplish this step is to have your architect provide you with an AutoCad .dwg file of your new space, which you would then forward to us.  Otherwise, if you are located in our service area, we can perform field measurements of your space.

Step 2:  Survey of your needs

We work with you to help determine your needs, goals, budget and the most effective method of accomplishing your project.  This includes determining current employee needs and future growth needs generated by projected increases in the number of staff.

Step 3:  Drawing submittal

We submit a layout, usually in the form of a block drawing for your review.  After approval, we generate and submit a detailed drawing showing all individual furniture components.  Now there is another review and revise process which is followed by final drawing submission along with pricing for the entire project.  At this time, you may either purchase the furniture from us which means there is no charge for the space planning services, or purchase the drawings and utilize them in any way you prefer.
